Our Pricing Model Is Simple
Real Estate Composer is a monthly subscription service. Price is calculated using a $70 monthly flat rate, plus $10 per month for each additional agent user account. The flat rate includes one agent account.
The foundation of our pricing model is built on the value added to the agency as well as to each individual agent.
What’s Included in the Monthly Flat Rate?
The $70 monthly flat rate covers full access to all product features, automatic software updates, and one agent account. In addition, there is no restriction on the number of website pages, images, and files that can be added to your website. Setup and customize the look and feel of your website using one of our free website themes. For those interested in a completely unique website, request an estimate for a custom website design.
What’s Included in the Agent Account Rate?
Each agent account includes login access to manage their agent profile page, add and manage unlimited property listings and unlimited property images and files. Individual account permissions can be set to grant agents privileged access to manage all or parts of the website. In addition to website access, each agent is given an email account and online office tools using Google Apps for Business.
Monthly Rates Scale Alongside Your Company
Only pay for the agent(s) who utilize Real Estate Composer. As agent accounts are added or removed, your monthly rate will adjust accordingly.
No Setup Fees
There are no signup fees, no setup fees, and no termination fee.
Free 30-Day Trial
The first 30-days are free, during which you can cancel anytime.
Pay As You Go
Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel, you simply won’t be billed again the following month.
