Pricing & Billing Questions

 
Is there a trial period?
Yes, our free trial period is 30 days long during which you can cancel at anytime at no cost.
What billing and payment options do you offer?
We accept payments by all major credit cards.
Are there termination fees?
No, you may cancel at anytime. If you cancel after the trial period, we’ll pro-rate your subscription and refund the remainder.
Is there a minimum or maximum subscription period?
We bill on a monthly cycle.
Are there sign up fees?
No, there are no sign up fees.
Are there setup fees?
No, setup is free.
Is there a contract?
No, cancel anytime.
Do you charge for non-agent user accounts?
No, we do not charge for non-agent accounts (such as an office manager).
Are there bulk discounts for large offices?
Yes, contact us for details. These discounts only apply to agencies with 25 or more agents.

Ownership / Intellectual Property Questions

Who owns the website theme?
If you have us design a custom theme for your website, you will maintain ownership of the theme. This will be detailed in the design proposal we send you. If you are having your existing theme converted to work with Real Estate Composer, you will also maintain the ownership of the theme. If you are using one of the themes provided for free, Truespire will retain rights & ownership.
Do I maintain the rights to any text or photos I put into the system?
Yes, you maintain the rights to (and responsibility for) any content, images or text, that you add to your website.

Technical Questions

How often is our data backed up?
Every Real Estate Composer site is setup to run automatic weekly backups.
Can we export our data if we decide to cancel?
Yes, you can export all property and agent data to an excel file. Image files can be downloaded separately.
Can I have a third party web designer design my website?
Absolutely. Please contact us if you are considering this route so that we can provide your designer with our developer material.
Can I transfer my old site over to your system?
Yes, please fill out our Request for Proposal form for a conversion estimate on your site. Converting an existing site is almost always less expensive than a custom design from scratch.
